Adult Diet - For general patients

             11.00 AM  : Plantain or Sweetlime
 
             12.00 PM   : Cooked Rice -125 gms
                                  Sambar -200ml
                                  Vegetable porial  -100gms
                                  Green porial - 100 gms
                                  Curd - 200 ml

             4.00 PM     :  Sundal - 30 gms

              6.00 PM    :   Rava Kichidi - 75 gms  or
                                   Chappathis  -3 nos
                                    Vegetable Kootu   -100 gms

Child Diet

              7.00 AM  : Idli - 1 no (100gms weight)
                                 Sambar -100 ml
                                 Milk -250 ml

              10.00 AM : Plantain or Sweet lime
                                 Boilede Egg - 1 No

             12.00 PM : Sambar Rice - 25 gms
                                 Curd Rice   - 25 gms
                                 Vegetable Porial - 100 gms  or
                                  Green Porial - 100 gms

              4.00 PM  : NutriMix kanji  - 200 ml

               7.00 PM  : Idli - 2 Nos or
                                 Pongal - 75 gms
                                 Vegetable Kuruma - 50 gms

Milk And Bread for Convalescent Patients
                  
                8.00 AM :  Milk - 250 ml
                                  Bread - 200 gms
                
                11.00 AM  : Plantain -2 nos or
                                     Sathukudi - 2nos
                                     Milk - 250 ml
                                     Boiled Egg - 1 no

                 4 PM  :       Milk - 250 ml
